New Years Resolution

When we make a New Year’s resolution, we often stick to it for a few days or a few weeks into the new year and then it is forgotten until next New Year’s Eve when we resolve to really stick to it next year.

The resolution is usually something which will improve our lives and our attitudes and the happiness of our family and loved ones. Your resolution may include, ‘work less’, ‘stress less’, ‘have more fun’, ‘spend more time with my partner/family’ for example.

These resolutions are easy to make as they are things which we care about and we therefore think that that will make them easy to stick to.
